About the role

Senior Sales Executive – Mikano Motors

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive product awareness and generate sales revenue from commercial and light/heavy-duty vehicles through strategic client engagement, meetings, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales revenue from pickup and commercial vehicle segments, targeting corporate and fleet clients
  • Identify and qualify new leads; maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in collaboration with the Head of Sales and Branch Manager
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience in Banking, Real Estate, or Automobile industries
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
