Sales Representative

Cheers and Sunshine is hiring a Sales Representative for our Amuwo Odofin location. We are looking for a smart, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our growing retail team, welcoming customers, processing sales, managing inventory, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally
• Provide accurate product information and assist with purchases
• Process sales and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Upload new products and update product information on the POS system
• Manage inventory by recording stock movements and reporting low stock levels
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the store remains clean and organized
• Keep accurate sales and inventory records
• Respond to customer enquiries both in-store and through digital channels when required
• Support daily store operations and carry out other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

• Must be between 18 and 25 years old
• Single
• Must reside within or very close to Amuwo Odofin, Ago Palace Way or surrounding areas
• Minimum of SSCE, OND or GRADUATE
• Confident using smartphones, computers and digital applications
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible and well-organized
• Good attention to detail with ability to keep accurate records
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous retail or sales experience is an added advantage but not compulsory

Salary ₦70,000 – ₦100,000 per month
