Digital Marketing Strategist

Talentforge Solutions is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive lead generation and execute data-driven marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing channels
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4
• Create compelling copy and visual content using Canva/CapCut
• Monitor cost-per-lead (CPL) metrics and optimize for performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Proven track record of lead generation (not just engagement metrics)
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
• Strong copywriting skills and basic graphic design sense
• Data-driven approach with understanding of CPL and conversion metrics
• Must live around Gbagada/Anthony/Maryland axis for easy commute

Salary

N250,000/month + commission on leads generated
