Customer Service / Front of House Officer (NYSC)

Nicole Sinclair Consulting is seeking a Customer Service / Front of House Officer to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. You will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, coordinate bookings, and maintain reception areas to enhance member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Respond promptly to walk-in inquiries, calls, emails, and social media messages
• Provide accurate information on membership packages, classes, facilities, and services
• Handle customer concerns and complaints effectively, escalating when necessary
• Manage member check-ins, bookings, appointments, and class schedules
• Support membership registration and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, inquiries, and bookings
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, scheduling, data entry)
• Monitor calendars and coordinate facility bookings
• Maintain confidentiality of member information
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean and organized

Requirements

• Minimum HND/Bachelor's degree
• Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience (advantageous)
• Interest in fitness, wellness, and hospitality (advantageous)
