Junior Recruiter

Role Overview

Whipsmart Services Provider Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Recruiter to join their in-house recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and deploying domestic staff while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified domestic staff for client placements
• Screen applications and conduct interviews
• Assess candidates' suitability for available roles
• Coordinate deployment of successful candidates to clients
• Conduct onboarding and basic orientation/training for new staff
• Prepare, organize, and maintain recruitment documentation and employee records
• Follow up with deployed staff and clients to ensure successful placements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
• Maintain and update the recruitment database
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
• Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 1–2 years' experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
• Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas, or be willing to commute daily

Salary ₦100,000 – ₦150,000 monthly
