Sales Representative – Devon Pharmaceuticals
Drive pharmaceutical sales across hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals in your territory. This role combines direct sales, team leadership, and strategic business development to expand product reach and build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales of pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, radiologists, nurses, and pharmacists
- Supervise and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and sustain customers in the commercial sector
- Expand the company's product reach within assigned territory
- Promote, market, and sell company products to healthcare professionals
- Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Prepare presentations for potential customers
- Research competitors, medications, policies, and market performance
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues
- Stay informed about developments in the medical field and economy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related science
- 1–3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
- Must be based in or around Lekki, Surulere, or Ikeja
