Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate will assist in dispensing medications accurately, managing inventory, and providing excellent service to patients. Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications
• Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and expiration dates
• Verify prescription information and insurance details with patients and providers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the pharmacy
• Provide clear and courteous communication to patients regarding their medications
• Support general pharmacy operations including labeling, packaging, and organizing supplies Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and medication management
• Excellent interpersonal and patient interaction skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with pharmacy software
• Willingness to work on-site in Ibadan (accommodation provided)
