Production Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing production operations in a manufacturing environment. Ensures that workflow is efficient, safe, and aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production floor activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate shift operations and maintain communication with team members.

Requirements

• OND only in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of direct production floor experience in a manufacturing or industrial factory environment.
• Strong understanding of shop-floor workflows, basic machine operations, and safety standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and shift-coordination skills.
