About the role
Administrative Manager
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team and lead administrative operations while supporting senior management and ensuring smooth organizational workflow.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation systems
- Oversee scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary
- Support senior management with reports, planning, and operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role (3 years minimum)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
