Leadway Assurance Company is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee policy sales, coordinate team activities, and ensure the effective marketing and presentation of products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Setting sales objectives and servicing.
• Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments.
• Contributing to meeting sales targets.
• Market sourcing and management.
• Responding to customer queries.

Requirements:

• Previous insurance experience
• Previous banking experience
• Previous sales, marketing, and customer relationship experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be passionate about providing support and motivation
• Must be goal-driven and result-oriented
