QA Tester

A remote company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Tester to ensure platform reliability and quality across web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct test plans for new features
• Execute manual tests and develop automated scripts (Selenium, Cypress)
• Log defects in product management board with clear replication steps
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve bugs
• Validate fixes across staging, UAT, and production environments
• Ensure 99.9% platform uptime during peak seasons

Requirements

• 2–4 years of QA experience in e-commerce, fintech, or payment systems
• Experience testing web, iOS, and Android applications
• Manual testing and defect tracking tools proficiency
• API testing experience (Postman, Swagger)
• Experience testing critical user journeys
• Strong understanding of testing fundamentals
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accountability
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Bonus Skills

• Automation (Selenium/Cypress)
• Knowledge of gift card lifecycle workflows

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month (Nigeria only)
