Collection Specialist

We are seeking a Collection Specialist to engage customers, manage overdue accounts, negotiate repayment arrangements, and drive timely debt recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding due and overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers to secure payment commitments and recover outstanding debts.
• Negotiate suitable repayment plans, settlements, and restructuring options within approved guidelines.
• Review loan information, payment history, and account records to determine appropriate collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, payments, and account status.
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate repayment solutions.
• Meet and consistently achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Identify and escalate unresolved, delinquent, or high-risk accounts.

Salary ₦150,000 Net Monthly
