Thrift Marketer/Collector – Lagos Zone

Drive deposit mobilization through daily savings collection at LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited. You will acquire new clients, conduct regular visits to collect savings, and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the bank's market presence.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and open specified savings accounts
• Conduct daily visits to clients at markets, shops, and other locations to collect savings
• Plan routine visits strategically to minimize operational costs
• Treat clients with excellence and ensure fair service delivery
• Monitor competitor activities and strive to outperform in assigned catchment areas
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and timely reporting of activities to supervisors
• Manage client complaints professionally
• Maintain and expand LAPO MfB's brand presence
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Education: NCE/OND in Finance, Marketing, IT/Computer Science, or related field. Professional qualifications are an added advantage
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer relationship management and marketing functions
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer devices (smartphone or tablet)
