Credit Control Officer
Oakleaf Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a dedicated Credit Control Officer to manage customer accounts, monitor payments, and ensure timely debt collection. This role involves verifying customer data, managing credit limits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of credit control experience in pharmaceuticals industry
- Should reside within Magodo and environs
- Advanced Excel capability is highly desirable
- Strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, with experience managing customer accounts and overdue payments
- Knowledge of Credit Management and Finance principles to assess credit risk and support sound financial decisions
- Analytical Skills for interpreting account data, identifying issues, and recommending effective solutions
- Strong competence in accounts receivable management, credit control, customer reconciliation, debt collection, credit-risk assessment, KYC, credit-limit management, Microsoft Excel, accounting/ERP software, customer databases, ageing analysis and financial reporting
- Highly disciplined, assertive, detail-oriented, numerically strong, analytical, independent-minded, commercially aware, ethical and professional
- Travelling to customer locations, investigating discrepancies objectively, maintaining confidentiality and handling difficult conversations around money
- Must be able to say “No” or “Hold this order” when a transaction falls outside company credit policy, regardless of sales pressure
