About the Role

First Excelsia is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, acquiring new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for promoting the company's logistics solutions, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
  • Promote logistics and supply chain services to prospective clients across target industries
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and resolving client concerns
  • Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and account information
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
