Business Strategy Officer

We are seeking a Business Strategy Officer to support strategy execution, business performance analysis, market research, financial analysis, transformation initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development and execution.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, KPIs and business performance.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research.
• Prepare business analysis, reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Support financial analysis, forecasting and business planning.
• Contribute to transformation, innovation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop business plans and pitch decks.
• Track and follow up on strategic action points.
• Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to drive execution.

Requirements

• First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Sciences, Engineering, IT, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, corporate planning, research, financial analysis or transformation.
• Experience in the ICT, technology, consulting or professional services sector is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, presentation and report-writing skills.
• Good understanding of business strategy and financial analysis.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
