Customer Service Officer
JV Management Consulting is seeking a warm, intelligent, and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be capable of converting inquiries into paying customers, and maintain professionalism while enforcing company policies.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns
- Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication
- Ensure clients have a seamless and positive experience
- Enforce company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and provide regular feedback on customer trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage client expectations
- Experience in media, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
