Analyst - Machine Learning Marketing

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Marketing Analyst to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. This role requires a strong background in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics with a focus on customer insights and marketing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Aggregate, transform, and explore data for analysis
• Manipulate and interrogate customer data
• Create training and inference pipelines
• Build and validate machine learning models
• Perform predictive modelling and customer segmentation analysis
• Develop propensity models and conduct customer data analysis

Requirements:

• First degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–7 years of professional experience
• 1–2 years' experience in AI/ML analyst roles
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark
• Understanding of big data technologies
• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, and software architecture
• Solid understanding of predictive analysis, machine learning, and data mining
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Certification in machine learning, data engineering, or data science
• Experience working in medium-sized organizations
