Customer Service Representative

Softhills Limited, an ecommerce company in Lagos, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a liaison between the company and customers. You will provide product/services information, answer customer questions, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls
  • Convert sales leads and identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain filed documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Engage customers and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or prior experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different customer types
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
