Customer Service Representative
Softhills Limited, an ecommerce company in Lagos, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a liaison between the company and customers. You will provide product/services information, answer customer questions, and resolve emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls
- Convert sales leads and identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain filed documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Engage customers and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or prior experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different customer types
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
