Lead Product Manager

Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Dash Microfinance Bank. Manage end-to-end product development and ensure alignment with business goals. Monitor product performance and collaborate across departments to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product development and launches across cross-functional teams.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, research, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor product adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Use data and analytics to drive product improvements and customer engagement.
• Partner with Compliance, IT, and Operations to manage regulatory, operational, and technology risks.
• Develop product business cases, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years post-NYSC experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of product management, digital banking, UX, market research, and financial products.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
