About the role

Marketing Officer

ORIKI Group is seeking a Marketing Officer to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and promoting ORÍKÌ's and subsidiaries' products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns across all channels
  • Support creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos) for ORÍKÌ and subsidiary brands
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Create engaging content (text, image, video) to increase online engagement and followers
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement)
  • Support SEO and online advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms
  • Assist in preparing press releases, newsletters, and corporate communications
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends
  • Gather competitor information and provide insights for product positioning
  • Assist in planning and execution of company events, activations, and exhibitions
  • Support partnership initiatives with marketing materials and logistics coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing, or Sales
  • Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
  • Expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Trends, and analytical marketing tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of marketing business practices (advertising, market research, technology, budgeting)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing)
  • Ability to manage SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Ability to analyze performance of different marketing channels and develop integrated strategies
