About the role
Marketing Officer
ORIKI Group is seeking a Marketing Officer to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and promoting ORÍKÌ's and subsidiaries' products and services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns across all channels
- Support creation of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, videos) for ORÍKÌ and subsidiary brands
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns
- Manage day-to-day social media activities (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- Create engaging content (text, image, video) to increase online engagement and followers
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement)
- Support SEO and online advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms
- Assist in preparing press releases, newsletters, and corporate communications
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Gather competitor information and provide insights for product positioning
- Assist in planning and execution of company events, activations, and exhibitions
- Support partnership initiatives with marketing materials and logistics coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing, or Sales
- Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
- Expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Trends, and analytical marketing tools
- Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing trends and best practices
- Knowledge of marketing business practices (advertising, market research, technology, budgeting)
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, affiliate marketing)
- Ability to manage SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Ability to analyze performance of different marketing channels and develop integrated strategies
