About the Role
Globallinkers Ltd is hiring an HR / Admin Manager to lead and manage HR and administrative operations in Calabar. This is a senior HR position responsible for developing performance management systems, coordinating talent management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR and administrative operations
- Develop performance management systems and processes
- Coordinate training, learning, and development programs
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies
- Manage recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
- Supervise administrative and facility management functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' HR management experience
- Experience in performance management and employee training & development
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to relocate is welcome
