Direct Sales Agent
Lington & Bernie Consulting Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and maintain strong customer relationships in the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through cold calls, networking, referrals, and local market knowledge to expand the customer base
- Product Promotion & Sales: Present and explain banking products (loans, savings accounts, credit facilities) tailored to individual customer needs
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide personalized support, guide customers through product selection, and ensure satisfaction and retention
- Application & Documentation Support: Assist clients with applications, document collection, and information verification
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and report progress against targets
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to banking laws, AML regulations, and internal policies
- Collaboration: Work with sales teams, marketing, and product specialists to achieve sales objectives
Requirements
