Direct Sales Agent

Lington & Bernie Consulting Limited is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and maintain strong customer relationships in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers through cold calls, networking, referrals, and local market knowledge to expand the customer base
  • Product Promotion & Sales: Present and explain banking products (loans, savings accounts, credit facilities) tailored to individual customer needs
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide personalized support, guide customers through product selection, and ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Application & Documentation Support: Assist clients with applications, document collection, and information verification
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and report progress against targets
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to banking laws, AML regulations, and internal policies
  • Collaboration: Work with sales teams, marketing, and product specialists to achieve sales objectives

Requirements

  • Education: HND or BSc Degree
  • Experience: 0–2 years
  • Age: 20–35 years
  • Gender: Male and Female
