Thrift Marketer/Collector – North Central Zone

LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic Thrift Marketer/Collector to drive deposit mobilization through daily savings collection across the North Central Zone.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and open specified savings accounts
• Conduct daily visits to clients (markets, shops, etc.) to collect savings
• Plan routine visits to minimize operational costs
• Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction
• Monitor competitor activities and maintain competitive advantage in assigned areas
• Reconcile and report activities accurately to supervisors
• Manage client complaints professionally
• Maintain and expand LAPO MfB's brand reputation
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Education: NCE/OND in Finance, Marketing, IT/Computer Science, or related field (professional qualifications are an added advantage)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer relationship management and marketing functions
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer devices (smartphone or tablet)
