Sales Associate

Maisha Meds is hiring a Sales Executive to lead field sales operations and drive customer acquisition across the South-South region. This is a target-driven role combining direct sales with team management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within your assigned region
• Generate qualified leads through field prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Develop and manage sales pipelines from initial engagement through conversion
• Prepare and deliver commercial presentations and product demonstrations
• Use CRM and internal tools to manage pipelines and customer data
• Recruit, supervise, and manage field agents within your assigned region
• Consistently achieve agreed sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, field marketing, and customer acquisition (preferably tech sales to B2B and SMEs)
• Demonstrated success identifying quality leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and build a field sales team
• Must reside in South-South region (Port Harcourt or Uyo preferred)
• Very familiar with South-South region and pharmacy landscape
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
• Self-motivated, commercially-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
