Senior Frontend Engineer, Web Experiences

About the Role

Paystack is seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer to create polished, production-ready web experiences. You will work on high-visibility public-facing properties including the main website, product pages, launch surfaces, and educational content. This role combines strong frontend engineering fundamentals with a keen eye for design, interaction, motion, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs and deliver polished, production-ready web experiences end-to-end
• Work from early concept through implementation, shaping interaction patterns
• Translate visual direction into expressive, accessible web surfaces
• Ship experiences that are beautiful, fast, accessible, and reliable
• Collaborate with design, product, marketing, content, and engineering teams
• Create engaging experiences for merchants, developers, partners, and businesses across Africa

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering fundamentals
• Demonstrated expertise in public-facing web experiences
• Proficiency in motion and interactive design implementation
• Attention to detail and quality in web craft
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines
• Comfortable with hybrid work (minimum 2 days/week in Paystack office)
