Sales Executive
Montaigne Place is seeking a Sales Executive to identify and generate new business opportunities, conduct product presentations, and build lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research
- Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing post-sales support and addressing feedback
- Prepare sales reports, monitor market trends, and track competitor activity
- Forecast sales, set performance targets, and consistently meet or exceed quotas
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or relevant industry sectors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients
- Negotiation, presentation, and closing skills to achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office
- Time management, problem-solving, and business acumen to handle multiple clients and market dynamics
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach
