Sales Consultant (Real Estate)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Consultant to drive sales in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of premium residential and commercial real estate units.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into buyers.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings.
• Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally at networking and industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong record of closing deals.
• Established network of investors, real estate buyers, and high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
