Sales Team Lead

Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage loan and investment sales activities. The role involves leading a team, achieving targets, and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team for loan and investment products
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Provide market insights and feedback to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
