RD Consulting is a business consulting firm focused on Business Structuring, Contract Management, Staff Management, and Recruitment. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize online campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

• N150,000 - N250,000 per month (Performance-Based Incentives Included).
