Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective members via Instagram DMs and related social media channels
• Respond to enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
• Qualify leads based on objective criteria aligned with ideal target audience
• Guide qualified prospects through the decision-making process
• Close qualified leads into paid offerings
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all client interactions
• Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate with the founder to align messaging and tone

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, DM closing, sales, or client conversion
• Strong written communication and persuasion skills
