Oversee the operations of the food and beverage department at Boulevard Hotel Group. Ensure high standards of service, manage staff, and maintain inventory and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant, bar, and banquet services
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
• Monitor inventory and manage P&L

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
• Strong background in restaurants, bars, banquetts, and room service
• Excellent customer service, inventory, and P&L management skills
• Must have worked with POS systems and beverage costing
