Event Marketing Manager

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Marketing & Events Manager to drive audience growth, brand visibility, and candidate conversion for our training programs. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end event strategy, from organizing high-impact preview sessions and founder masterclasses to running integrated online/offline marketing campaigns that attract and enroll ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute high-impact preview sessions, founder masterclasses, workshops, and networking mixers.
• Oversee end-to-end event production: venue sourcing, audio-visual setup, vendor management, branding assets, and guest flow.
• Host and moderate virtual webinars, info sessions, and live streams for hybrid audience engagement.
• Design and deploy integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media ads, founder communities, and PR) to drive event registration and program awareness.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce high-converting landing pages, event flyers, promotional copy, and founder spotlight videos.
• Segment and target founder demographics across startup hubs, trade associations, and corporate networks in Nigeria.
• Implement event lead-capture systems to ensure zero lead loss.
• Manage post-event follow-up sequences to convert event attendees into enrolled program participants.
• Track and report key event metrics: cost-per-lead (CPL), attendee turnout rates, lead-to-applicant conversion rates, and return on event spend (ROAS).

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in event marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing in Nigeria.
• Strong track record of organizing both physical events (50–300+ attendees) and high-converting virtual masterclasses.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Zoom Webinars, and CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho).
• Exceptional event vendor management, budget control, and high-pressure operational problem-solving skills.
• Persuasive copy editing and strong public presentation/hosting confidence.

Salary

• Base Salary: N300,000 gross monthly
• Competitive base salary with performance-linked conversion bonuses
• Allowances: Monthly transport/fuel stipend for event venue visits, data/communication allowance
• Incentives: Quarterly performance bonuses tied to lead conversion targets, preview session attendance rates, and paid cohort enrollments
