Head, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Bridgemead Advisory is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis function. The role will report to the Group Executive Director, Finance and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide strategic insights and support to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
