Operations Lead

The Operations Lead oversees and scales operational execution for Whitepenguinsolutions' preschool management platform across Nigeria, ensuring seamless client onboarding, cross-functional execution, and sustained operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive Onboarding & Activation: Lead the end-to-end client onboarding workflow to guarantee active platform usage across preschools within 14 days.
• Optimize Operational Workflows: Streamline field operations, support channels, and account setup processes to eliminate friction and ensure high client retention.
• Manage Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain strict CRM discipline, oversee operational tracking, and optimize daily communication via WhatsApp Business and Google Workspace.
• Performance & Market Analytics: Monitor operational KPIs, track platform engagement metrics, and synthesize field insights to guide leadership decisions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with field teams and product leads to resolve client escalations, refine product delivery, and scale capacity.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of operations, customer success, or operational project management experience (edtech, SaaS, fintech, or B2B).
• Proven track record of optimizing client lifecycle processes, managing teams, and consistently hitting operational milestones.
• Strong workflow mapping, problem-solving, and cross-functional execution skills.
• Deep CRM discipline along with technical fluency in Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business operations.

Salary

• Base Salary: NGN 250,000/month
• Earnings Potential: Up to NGN 500,000/month (performance bonuses)
