About the role

Outdoor Sales Executive (Building Materials / Ceramics)

Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales, expand the customer base, and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders within the building materials industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories
  • Promote and sell ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, and related products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, builders, and project managers
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, close sales, and ensure excellent customer service
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Prepare sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
  • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide market intelligence to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years of experience in outdoor sales within the ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials industry (mandatory)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and customer network within the building materials sector
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Lagos
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (added advantage)
