Internal Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Manager to join our team in Lagos. This role involves reviewing financial and operational requests, monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and managing risk across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve financial and operational requests
• Monitor compliance with company policies
• Conduct audits and process reviews
• Support procurement controls and risk management
• Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, or CIA) is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Internal Control, Audit, or Compliance
• Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
