About the role

Automotive Tele Sales Executive

The Automotive Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement, lead qualifications, appointment setting, customer follow-up, and supporting the sales team in achieving vehicle sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Contact all assigned sales leads promptly through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
  • Qualify customer requirements, budget, preferred model, and purchase timeline
  • Convert inquiries into showroom appointments
  • Schedule test drives with Sales Consultants
  • Update CRM immediately after every customer interaction
  • Support marketing campaigns by contacting campaign leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of tele sales or automotive sales experience
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Automotive industry experience is highly preferred
