About the role
Automotive Tele Sales Executive
The Automotive Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement, lead qualifications, appointment setting, customer follow-up, and supporting the sales team in achieving vehicle sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Contact all assigned sales leads promptly through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
- Qualify customer requirements, budget, preferred model, and purchase timeline
- Convert inquiries into showroom appointments
- Schedule test drives with Sales Consultants
- Update CRM immediately after every customer interaction
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting campaign leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of tele sales or automotive sales experience
- Experience using CRM systems
- Automotive industry experience is highly preferred
