About the role

Area Sales Manager (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive wholesale and sub-dealer recruitment, manage counter sales, and execute effective sales strategies across distributor and field levels in Bayelsa.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and management of wholesale and sub-dealer channels
  • Use and maintain the Joint Business Plan (JBP) review deck to engage distributors during visits
  • Execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with distributors
  • Build distributor and salesforce capability through regular training and support
  • Manage distributor engagement programs (DSS, DIP, DEP)
  • Oversee inventory and stock variance management, including GRN processing
  • Drive both primary and secondary sales performance
  • Ensure full compliance with LOLI and internal control standards

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in a related field
  • 3 years' experience as a Hybrid ASM
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
