About the role
Area Sales Manager (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive wholesale and sub-dealer recruitment, manage counter sales, and execute effective sales strategies across distributor and field levels in Bayelsa.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and management of wholesale and sub-dealer channels
- Use and maintain the Joint Business Plan (JBP) review deck to engage distributors during visits
- Execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) with distributors
- Build distributor and salesforce capability through regular training and support
- Manage distributor engagement programs (DSS, DIP, DEP)
- Oversee inventory and stock variance management, including GRN processing
- Drive both primary and secondary sales performance
- Ensure full compliance with LOLI and internal control standards
Requirements
- B.Sc. in a related field
- 3 years' experience as a Hybrid ASM
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
