Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
• Drive sales performance and revenue growth
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Contribute to the organization's growth in a performance-driven environment

Requirements

• Minimum HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
• Must have completed NYSC
• 2–5 years of current sales experience in the insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
