Marketing Officer

Micronet Technologies Nigeria Limited is seeking a Marketing Officer to plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting software products and services including ERP, HR/Payroll, and asset management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote software products and services
• Conduct market research and identify target markets
• Support sales initiatives with marketing materials and presentations
• Manage company's online presence including social media channels and email campaigns
• Develop basic content for marketing channels
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives
• Participate in events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong foundation in Marketing and Sales with lead generation ability
• Market research and data analysis skills (customer, competitor, industry)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Practical experience with social media marketing and digital channels
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
• Comfort working with technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT or software marketing
• Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms
