Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to strengthen our online presence, create engaging content, and drive direct bookings. This hybrid role is primarily remote but requires on-site attendance 2–3 times weekly for content creation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of the hotel, facilities, events, and guest experiences.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and manage Meta Ads.
• Support SEO, website updates, email marketing, and Google Business Profile management.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
• Collaborate with hotel management, vendors, and influencers to promote the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals, and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut).
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong copywriting, photography/videography, and project management skills.
