Digital Growth Officer

We are looking for a Digital Growth Officer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue by combining digital marketing, data analysis, and experimental funnel optimization. They will own online growth metrics and scale our brand presence across web and social channels.

Responsibilities

• Funnel Optimization: Run A/B tests and experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention loops.
• Channel Management: Oversee SEO, SEM, paid social ads, email, and content campaigns.
• Data & Analytics: Track metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Strategy & Budget: Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize campaign spend.
• Cross-Functional Work: Partner with product, sales, and content teams to align growth goals.

Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years in digital marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools, CRM software, and ad managers (Meta/TikTok/Google Ads).
• Highly analytical, creative problem solver, and data-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
