Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

Prism Workforce Limited is recruiting an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineering) to oversee civil engineering projects across South-West Nigeria. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and deliver road construction, earthworks, and pavement projects while ensuring quality, safety, timely delivery, and budget compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering projects from inception to completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and contractors
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, HSE regulations, and company policies
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular project reports
• Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 20 years post-graduation experience in civil engineering projects
• COREN registration (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing road construction, earthworks, and pavement projects
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project planning and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
