Branch Sales Manager - Lagos

J3 Foods and Stores International is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to oversee all operations and business activities of the Lagos branch, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all branch operations including sales, customer service, and administrative functions
  • Set and achieve branch goals and objectives in collaboration with the team
  • Develop and implement business strategies to improve operational efficiency and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
  • Recruit, train, supervise branch staff, and conduct performance evaluations
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and report branch performance metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, activity) to senior management
  • Coordinate with other branches and head office
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage branch budget and allocate resources efficiently
