About the role
Experience Officer
GIGM is seeking an Experience Officer to deliver excellent customer service at our Abuja terminals. You will handle ticket sales, reservations, and guest support across multiple touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Sell bus tickets to walk-in guests at GIGM terminals
- Create and manage travel reservations using the online booking system
- Create and maintain guest reservation records
- Resolve service issues by responding to complaints via phone, email, and in person
- Forward booking and travel reschedule requests to relevant departments
- Provide service information regarding travel schedules, fares, and payment options
- Announce arrival and departure information via public address system
- Assist with guest luggage check-in
- Escalate customer complaints and emergency concerns to appropriate management
- Adhere to company policies on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
- Promote goodwill through courteous, friendly, and helpful service to guests and colleagues
- Promote online booking, app downloads, and company products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
