About the Role

Greenland Hall seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and administration of a school. You will manage school affairs, coordinate with parents, staff, and external partners, and ensure the enforcement of school policies and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day running and activities of school administration
  • Interact daily with parents, staff, and external partners
  • Enforce school policies, vision, and mission
  • Coordinate events and administrative staff
  • Deliver administrative tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in school management
  • Educational background or prior work experience in an educational institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or relevant desktop publishing applications
  • Strong project management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Dispute resolution capabilities
  • Extensive leadership experience
  • Mature, self-motivated individual ready to relocate and live on-site
  • Intuitive personality with ability to work independently
