About the Role
Greenland Hall seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and administration of a school. You will manage school affairs, coordinate with parents, staff, and external partners, and ensure the enforcement of school policies and vision.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day running and activities of school administration
- Interact daily with parents, staff, and external partners
- Enforce school policies, vision, and mission
- Coordinate events and administrative staff
- Deliver administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Extensive experience in school management
- Educational background or prior work experience in an educational institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or relevant desktop publishing applications
- Strong project management skills
- Customer service experience
- Dispute resolution capabilities
- Extensive leadership experience
- Mature, self-motivated individual ready to relocate and live on-site
- Intuitive personality with ability to work independently
