About the role
Customer Service Representative
Paga is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer calls, resolve complaints, and provide support across various Paga products and services in a professional and pleasant manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Understand and effectively communicate about different Paga products and services
- Fill out customer complaint forms and follow the complaint resolution process
- Assist all Paga customers with their inquiries
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Customer Care Manager or Supervisor
Requirements
- 1–2 years' work experience in a call centre and customer service environment
- University degree or HND equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to recognize and manage assertive and irate customers
- Good product knowledge
- Strong customer interface skills
- Computer literacy with ability to capture data accurately and timely
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC
