Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency
• Manage budgets, cost control, and operational performance
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage corporate services and oversee client relations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum years of experience in Lending
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Deep understanding of Loan/Lending industry operations
