About the role
Regional Sales Manager – ISN Medical
ISN Medical is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention across the Diagnostics Business Unit in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and coach Area Sales Managers and Executives to meet sales goals
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for market penetration
- Manage key regional and national accounts for retention and growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams on promotional initiatives
- Oversee dealer and distributor performance and channel management
- Provide continuous feedback, training, and performance reviews to sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred); minimum Second Class Upper or Upper Credit
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior sales management role in diagnostics or medical equipment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience in key account management and distributor/channel development
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned region
